1st day of spring break

where did the day go....i know i worked on some things, but do i really have anything to show for it? tomorrow i will finish cleaning out the bedroom closet (i hope!) tonight kathleen, brent & i watched TWILIGHT. i had not read the book and really had no idea what to expect....now i anxiously wait for the next episode. THEN it was time for '24' my favorite tv show. at the conclusion of each episode i want the week to go by quickly so i can watch the next one...but i must say i am very dissappointed in the president's daughter olivia - she is a leak in her mother's administration ~ what will happen next??????

Because its spring...spring...spring....

These are words from one of my favorite springtime songs...and since yesterday was the 1st day of spring, i thought it best to sit down and write a few words SINCE the last time i blogged was on Christmas Day 2008.

Oh...there was just a rainbow over bogus basin. i just love rainbows and what they represent. today i planted a pansy plant in a pot outside our front door. Yesterday being the first day of spring, i took primrose plants to my three coworkers to wish them happy spring. one of the coworkers was there and she was very appreciative...the other two won't see their flowers till monday. but i won't be there cuz i am taking the whole week off ~ it is Kathleen's spring break. i have tried to take most of her school days off so we can do things together. towards the end of the week brent, kathleen, c.jay & i are driving to utah for a couple of days....kathleen has some fun things planned. charisse is off to lincoln city, oregon, with some friends for spring break.

all is well...i plan to be much more consistent but if i'm not, i am not going to stress over this....
